About Vicky

Learning carefully.
Seeing connections.

I’m Vicky. My interest is in the whole person: body, mind and the life we live.

My work draws on psychological counselling, movement practice and sustained study in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This is a place to connect those perspectives through careful, accessible reading.

A personal voice. Ongoing learning.

A long view

I have studied Traditional Chinese Medicine since 2014.

More than a decade of study informs the explanations here and the connections I draw.

I look for ways to make complex ideas understandable without losing their context. Learning is ongoing, supported by clear sources and a willingness to refine explanations.

Learning through the body

Ideas belong
in life, too.

Movement, attention and daily rhythms are part of how I explore wellbeing.

Body, mind and life are connected, not separate compartments. The writing here makes room for knowledge and lived experience.

Beyond the page

The everyday matters.

Family, relationships and ordinary moments are part of a whole life. They keep the work grounded in real life.
